BACKGROUND:
The 2024 City Budget includes funding for the City’s Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) - Phase A Project. The project is being funded by Rebuild Illinois bond funds. This matter will be reviewed at the July 15, 2024 Public Service Committee Meeting.
CONCLUSION:
Funding for this project will come from Rebuild Illinois bond funds. The State of Illinois requires the Mayor and City Council to approve a Funding Resolution. Please find attached a Funding Resolution appropriating $1,040,442.25.

Based on the above, it is recommended that the Mayor and City Council approve the Funding Resolution appropriating Rebuild Illinois bond funds.
