Resolution of Frequency and Schedule of Committee Meeting

BACKGROUND:
In previous Committee discussions, it has been determined that the frequency of Committee meetings should be a minimum of six (6) times per year. The suggested months to hold Committee has been stated as July, September, November, January, March, May. With advanced notice, additional meetings can be added or existing meetings can be cancelled as needed.
CONCLUSION:
The Committee is in agreement to hold 6 scheduled bimestrial meetings, with the ability to adjust as needed.

The Administration recommends the Committee on Citizens with Disabilities to meet every other month, beginning in July - totaling 6 committee meetings per year.
