Resolution Appropriating Funds for the Phase III Engineering Services for the Garnsey Avenue Bridge over Spring Creek Improvement Project MFT Section No. 11-00433-00-BR

BACKGROUND:
The Garnsey Avenue Bridge over Spring Creek is being reconstructed. Phase III engineering services area required as part of Illinois Department of Transportation guidelines. The Public Service Committee will review this matter.
CONCLUSION:
Funding for this project will come from Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Funds. As Motor Fuel Tax Funds are used for this project, the State of Illinois requires that the Mayor and City Council approve a MFT Resolution. Please find attached a Motor Fuel Tax Resolution appropriating additional funding in the amount of $71,829.00 for the Garnsey Avenue Bridge over Spring Creek Improvement Project.
