BACKGROUND:
Since 2022, the City has partnered with the Center for Internet Security (CIS) to provide CrowdStrike's advanced cybersecurity solutions. This collaboration has allowed the City to enhance its endpoint protection with CrowdStrike's industry-leading Falcon platform, offering real-time threat detection, prevention, and response. As part of this partnership, the City has benefited from continuous cybersecurity monitoring, ensuring proactive protection of critical systems and data. The current endpoint security solution will require renewal to maintain ongoing coverage and support.

CONCLUSION:
CrowdStrike Falcon provides the City with a comprehensive, 24/7 cybersecurity solution that is critical to safeguarding the City's endpoints from evolving cyber threats. The solution's advanced features, such as machine learning, behavioral analysis, and real-time threat detection, ensure ongoing protection against both known and emerging risks.

This purchase will continue the City's commitment to maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture and ensure uninterrupted support for critical systems.
