Memorandum of Understanding between the Regional Transportation Authority and the City of Joliet for Transit Oriented Development Zoning Code Update

BACKGROUND:
The City was awarded technical assistance through the RTA to implement the recently adopted Downtown Joliet’s ETOD Plan’s leading recommendation, which was to update the City’s zoning regulations in the downtown. The MOU outlines the scope of work for this project and other responsibilities
