TABLING REQUEST:
City staff requests that this item be tabled to the May 16, 2023, meeting of the City Council to allow additional time to review the provision of public utility and drainage easements and fire hydrant coverage for the subject property. The petitioner intends to work with City staff to address these items before the May 16 meeting date.
