BACKGROUND:
The 2020-2024 Consolidated plan and Program Year 2022 Annual Action Plan for expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) were previously approved by the Mayor and City Council with Resolution #775. Through the submission for the 2022 Annual Action Plan, City of Joliet allocated up to $56,000.00 to AGAPE Mission, NFP.
CONCLUSION:
City of Joliet CDBG funds will improve AGAPE Mission, NFP housing stock.

The Administration recommends that the Mayor and City Council adopt the attached CDBG subrecipient agreement with AGAPE Mission, NFP.
