BACKGROUND:
The City of Joliet adopted the 2023 Budget on December 6, 2022. During the budget process, there are projects and capital purchases that span multiple fiscal years. When this occurs, staff uses its best efforts to estimate how much will be spent in each year. This amendment is to move unspent funds for specific projects/purchases from the 2022 fiscal year to the 2023 fiscal year budget
