Resolution Accepting a Grant of Construction and Drainage Easements from Mt. Zion Church for the Ontario Street Drainage Improvements Project

BACKGROUND:
The Ontario Street Drainage Improvements project is planned for construction in 2026. In order to construct a portion of the project, permanent and temporary easements are required from Mt. Zion Church.
The Public Service Committee will review this matter.
CONCLUSION:
City Staff have negotiated permanent and temporary easement agreements with the board of Mt. Zion Church. There is no cost for these easements. The easement agreement will provide access rights for installation and maintenance of drainage improvements on Mt. Zion Church property.
