Change of Committee Meeting Time

BACKGROUND:
This Committee currently meets 9 times a year (February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, November), on the third Tuesday of the Month at 1 p.m. It has been requested to move the Committee meeting time to earlier in the day - with additional available time slots within City Hall Council Chambers being either 10 a.m. or 11 a.m.
CONCLUSION:
Any change in meeting times must come to a vote, and must have more than half of the Committee’s voting favor in order to approve a new meeting time.

It is recommended that this Committee vote on the recommended change of the meeting times to best meet the needs of the current members.
