Ordinance Accepting a Plat of Easement at 2901 Channahon Road for the Crow Joliet Trucking Terminal Development

BACKGROUND:
As a part of the 2901 Channahon Rd. development project by Crow Holdings, and in alignment with the City of Joliet’s Subdivision Regulations, this site will require a stormwater detention easement for future access and maintenance. This easement will cover all proposed stormwater facilities onsite.
CONCLUSION:
Crow Holdings has agreed to grant the easement and has prepared the attached Plat of Easement for City of Joliet acceptance.
RECOMMENDATION:

Based on the above, it is recommended that the attached Resolution be approved authorizing the Administration to accept the stormwater detention easement document on behalf of the City.
