Resolution Accepting the Grant of a Public Utility, Sidewalk, and Landscape Easement from the Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C for Theodore Street adjacent to the Troy Middle School

BACKGROUND:
The Board of Education of Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C, owner, is granting a 10-foot public utility, drainage, sidewalk and landscaping easement located south of the right-of-way of Theodore Street in front of the Troy Middle School located at 5800 W. Theodore Street.
The Public Service Committee will review this matter.
CONCLUSION:
The attached documentation grants the public utility, drainage, sidewalk and landscaping easement. It is in the best interest of the City to accept the easement.

Based on the above, it is recommended that the Mayor and City Council adopt the attached Resolution accepting the grant of a public utility, drainage, sidewalk and landscaping easement for Theodore Street from the Board of Education of Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C.
