Resolution Accepting the Dedication of Right-of-Way from the Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C for Theodore Street adjacent to the Troy Middle School

BACKGROUND:
The Board of Education of Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C, owner, is dedicating right-of-way for Theodore Street in front of the Troy Middle School located at 5800 W. Theodore Street.
The Public Service Committee reviewed this memo at the August 16, 2021 Meeting and recommended for approval by the full Council.
CONCLUSION:
The attached documentation grants the dedication of right-of-way. It is in the best interest of the City to accept the dedication of right-of-way.

Based on the above, it is recommended that the Mayor and City Council adopt the attached Resolution accepting the dedication of public right-of-way for Theodore Street from the Board of Education of Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C.
