BACKGROUND:
The Board of Education of Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C, owner, is granting a 10-foot public drainage, sidewalk and landscaping easement located south of the right-of-way of Theodore Street in front of the William B. Orenic Intermediate School located at 5820 W. Theodore Street.
The Public Service Committee reviewed this memo at the August 16, 2021 Meeting and recommended for approval by the full Council.
CONCLUSION:
he attached documentation grants the public drainage, sidewalk and landscaping easement. It is in the best interest of the City to accept the easement.

Based on the above, it is recommended that the Mayor and City Council adopt the attached Resolution accepting the grant of a public drainage, sidewalk and landscaping easement for Theodore Street from the Board of Education of Troy Community Consolidated School District 30-C.
