Amendment of Section 4-81 of the Code of Ordinances

BACKGROUND:
Section 4-81 of the Code of Ordinances restricts the age at which one may possess or sell tobacco products. The current ordinance is inconsistent with state statute in that, according to state law, one may sell tobacco products at age 16. In this regard, our ordinances must be consistent with state law. This amendment changes paragraph (b) in order to be consistent with state law.
