BACKGROUND:
This project was awarded on April 20, 2021, in the amount of $274,111.44, to Austin Tyler Construction utilizing Motor Fuel Tax Funds. The Public Service Committee reviewed this memo at the July 18, 2022, meeting and recommended for approval by full Council.
CONCLUSION:
Change Order No 1 is, an addition in the amount of $46,425.42, for unit price adjustments due to increased asphalt costs since the time of the bid opening on April 12, 2021.
Change order items represent an addition in Motor Fuel Tax Funds / Infrastructure (Org 20090270; Object: 557200; $46,425.42).
RECOMMENDATION:

Based on the above, it is recommended that the Mayor and City Council approve Change Order No 1, an addition in the amount of $46,425.42, on behalf of Austin Tyler Construction.
