BACKGROUND:
The Phase III Engineering Services for the Theodore Street (Wesmere Parkway - River Road) Widening Improvements Project are being funded by Motor Fuel Tax funds. The Public Service Committee will review this matter.
CONCLUSION:
Funding for this project will come from Motor Fuel Tax funds. The State of Illinois requires the Mayor and City Council to approve a Funding Resolution. Please find attached a Funding Resolution appropriating $371,409.00 for the Phase III Engineering services for the Theodore Street (Wesmere Parkway - River Road) Roadway Widening Improvements Project.

Based on the above, it is recommended that the Mayor and City Council approve the Funding Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds in the amount of $371,409.00.
